DeBee, Clark & Weber, PLLC is seeking a full-time attorney to join their comprehensive estate planning and business transactions practice area. The ideal candidate will have experience in estate planning, probates, trust administration, business formation, tax law, and business transactions. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and other team members in a flexible, supportive environment.

The attorney will be responsible for providing legal support, maintaining client relationships, and preparing and reviewing documents necessary to meet clients' objectives. Additionally, experience with client development, supervising associates or legal assistants, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based client management software are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support to clients in estate planning, business formation, probates, trust administration, and business transactions.

  • Work collaboratively with other members of the estate planning team and firm.

  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships.

  • Prepare and review documents to meet client objectives and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in estate planning and business transactions is preferred.

  • Current Oklahoma Bar License.

  • Experience with client development and management, supervising associates or legal assistants is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based client management software preferred.
