Event Sales Manager

The client is a unique immersive nightlife destination that blends engaging games, vibrant neon visuals, and a creative cocktail and food program, making it an ideal venue for both group outings and private events.

The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for leading event sales efforts, managing bookings, and ensuring that every guest experience is outstanding. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong passion for events and hospitality, and demonstrates excellent organizational and sales abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while securing event bookings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and event planners.

• Plan and coordinate all event logistics, including scheduling, catering, and entertainment.

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.

• Work closely with the marketing team to promote events through social media, campaigns, and email outreach.

• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance to inform leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven track record in sales, ideally within the hospitality or events sector.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and effective time management.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a fast-paced team environment.

• Familiarity with event planning processes and CRM systems is advantageous.
