Neiman Marcus, one of the most prestigious luxury retailers in the U.S., is seeking a Weekend Sales Associate for Ladies Shoes at its Las Vegas location. This position offers the opportunity to work with world-class designer brands and create exceptional, personalized shopping experiences for customers. As a brand ambassador, you will play a key role in building lasting relationships, delivering expert styling advice, and contributing to the success of one of the most iconic names in fashion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of style, knowledge of designer trends, and a passion for customer engagement. You’ll help clients discover unique fashion pieces, assist with fitting and styling, and ensure that each customer leaves with an extraordinary shopping experience that reflects the Neiman Marcus standard of luxury.
Act as a welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable brand representative for the Ladies Shoes department.
Proactively greet clients, build authentic relationships, and deliver personalized styling advice.
Provide high-end customer service to create a memorable and luxurious shopping experience.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of fashion trends, designer labels, and current merchandise.
Support customers across multiple store areas including fitting rooms, returns, and product inquiries.
Maintain a well-organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked sales floor.
Collaborate with fellow team members and management to achieve individual and departmental sales goals.
Promote store services, special events, and exclusive offers to enhance customer engagement.
Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
Follow up on customer requests, inquiries, and after-sales services to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat business.
Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance with merchandise protection and audit standards.
Participate in maintaining a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture that celebrates diversity and teamwork.
Assist in operational activities such as new stock processing, merchandise returns, and fitting room maintenance.
Experience in luxury fashion, styling, or high-end retail preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients and build loyalty.
Excellent understanding of fashion trends, designer brands, and styling techniques.
Customer-focused, professional demeanor with a hospitality-driven approach.
Technological proficiency and comfort operating a point-of-sale (POS) system.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Physical ability to move around the sales floor, lift up to 30 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a polished sense of style and presentation.
