Events & Operations Coordinator

We’re excited to share that we’re hiring an Events & Operations Coordinator (based in Boston or NYC).
This role will be key in supporting our U.S. fundraising and community events, Lotus Festival (Boston) and Diwali on the Hudson (NYC), while also providing operational and executive support across our team.
It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in nonprofit event management, fundraising, and development.
We’re also bringing on interns (Boston or NYC) for marketing, operations, and fundraising support, starting January 2026.
