The St. Josaphat Basilica Foundation in Milwaukee (www.thebasilicafoundation.org) is seeking a motivated individual to serve as its Executive Director. The Executive Director must be a collegial communicator with a high degree of personal integrity and a commitment to strong moral values. A Bachelor’s Degree and not less than five years of experience in non-profit administration, fundraising, board development, planning, public relations and human resource management are preferred. An equivalent or greater combination of education and experience may also be considered. In either case, a solid understanding of the administration of non-profit agencies, grant writing, fundraising, finances, public relations, program coordination, staff management, strategic planning and partnering relationships is essential.
