Executive Loan Officer

Description:

Rocket Mortgage is seeking a motivated Executive Loan Officer to guide clients in Florida through the mortgage origination and home buying process. This role leverages both personal networks and Rocket Mortgage resources to help clients secure real estate financing that aligns with their financial goals. The role combines relationship-building, financial analysis, client consultation, and loan process management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, friends, family, and closed clients to drive referrals and lead generation.

• Represent the Rocket brand in community and civic functions.

• Establish and maintain a book of business to drive revenue and referral volume.

• Analyze client financial situations to determine appropriate loan products.

• Advise clients on mortgage management and home buying or refinance process.

• Evaluate client documents (credit, employment, income, assets, property) for loan qualification.

• Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Rocket Mortgage products, qualifying parameters, and processes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum experience in mortgage loan origination with proven referrals and lead generation.

• Federal NMLS and relevant state mortgage licenses.

• Strong professional communication, time management, and critical/strategic thinking skills.

• Results-driven and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of proven success in self-generated mortgage loan origination.

• Interest in working in an entrepreneurial environment.
