Guggenheim Securities is seeking an experienced Associate to join its Infrastructure Investment Banking team in New York. The position is full-time and on-site, designed for individuals who are eager to take on key responsibilities in transaction execution and client engagement across infrastructure-related mergers, acquisitions, and financing deals.

The Associate will be deeply involved in all phases of deal execution and client relationship development. Responsibilities include leading day-to-day management of M&A and financing transactions, overseeing complex financial and accounting analyses, preparing detailed valuations and financial models, and creating strategic presentations for stakeholders. The role requires a strong understanding of competitive market landscapes, deal structuring, and due diligence processes. Additionally, the Associate will work closely with senior bankers and will play a mentoring role to junior analysts.

This is a career-track position that offers best-in-class formal and hands-on training in core investment banking skills, such as M&A process management, advanced financial modeling, client negotiations, data analysis, and professional communication. Candidates are expected to have strong maturity, organization, and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Preferred qualifications include previous sell-side advisory or infrastructure deal experience and financial modeling expertise. Core modeling and valuation experience is essential. The role requires at minimum a Bachelor’s degree and relevant investment banking experience either as a promoted IB Analyst or post-MBA Associate. Candidates must obtain the SIE Exam, Series 79, and Series 63 within 150 days of employment.

Work Location: The position requires physical presence in the New York office for at least four days per week.
