Key Responsibilities:

✔ Accounts Payable & Cash Receipting: Process invoices, payments, and cash receipts in compliance with GAAP and organizational policies.
✔ Timesheet & Expense Report Review: Ensure accuracy and policy adherence in employee expense reports and timesheets.
✔ Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
✔ Operations Support: Help with office administration, fleet management, and other operations-related projects.
✔ Policy & Procedure Compliance: Ensure all finance activities follow TNC policies, financial standards, and legal requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
✔ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial operations.
✔ Proficiency in GAAP & fund accounting principles.
✔ Experience using accounting systems (e.g., Concur, Insight, Workday).
✔ Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

➤ Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
➤ Knowledge of grants accounting.
➤ Multi-lingual or multi-cultural experience.
