Financial Analyst

Description:

HydroJug is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to support the organization’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. This full-time, on-site position based in Ogden, Utah, requires a results-driven professional with a strong background in corporate finance, preferably with experience in large-scale financial operations.

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting company-wide decision-making by developing accurate forecasts, conducting detailed financial analyses, and providing actionable insights to business leaders. The role demands a proactive individual with a deep understanding of cash flow modeling, budgeting, variance analysis, and business performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.

• Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards.

• Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and analysis to support strategic business initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and analyze performance trends.

• Lead cash flow forecasting and modeling, ensuring liquidity and capital efficiency.

• Evaluate operating expenses, margins, and cash flow, identifying risks and opportunities.

• Support monthly financial close by preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

• Maintain high data accuracy across financial systems and tools.
