Front of House Manager Job Responsibilities
-Hiring, training, and maintaining staff for our carry-out clerks, servers, and bartenders.
-Maintaining all FoH and bar inventory.
-Bar management.
-Payroll management.
-Scheduling and properly staffing.
-Company Slack channel management.
-Upkeeping FoH cleanliness standards in accordance with the NKY Health Dept.
-Floor management and checking in with guest satisfaction.
-Scheduling and overseeing employee meetings and progress reports.
-Work with and report directly to ownership.
