Product Quality Manager

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role where you will own product quality from start to finish. You will have direct influence over product performance, supplier quality, and customer satisfaction, while working cross-functionally across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end product quality across all products
• Lead product validation, testing, and qualification efforts
• Partner with global suppliers to improve quality and resolve issues
• Establish inspection methods, sampling plans, and quality standards
• Act as the point of contact for customer quality issues and warranty claims
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
• Manage and develop a Technical Support team member
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Product, and Operations teams

What You Bring

• 5 to 10 years of experience in quality management
• Background in fasteners, hardware, or industrial products preferred
• Strong understanding of mechanical testing and product standards
• Experience working with suppliers and resolving quality issues
• Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams
