We are seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Lines Department Manager to join our team and lead our personal lines insurance operations.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to manage our Personal Lines Department. The successful candidate will oversee the department’s operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive team performance to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of personal lines insurance professionals.
• Oversee the quoting, binding, and servicing of personal insurance policies (auto, home, renters, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve department efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
• Monitor department performance metrics and report to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in personal lines insurance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and industry practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred.
• Proficiency with insurance agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
