Fuel Associate

Description:

Wawa, Inc. is seeking Fuel Associates to provide a friendly, efficient, and safe experience for customers at the fuel court. As part of a collaborative and supportive team, Fuel Associates help maintain Wawa’s brand standard by putting people first and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a smile and assist at fuel pumps.

• Process cash and credit payments accurately while monitoring cash levels.

• Sweep, power wash, and tidy up to maintain a clean and safe environment.

• Monitor fuel pumps, replace receipt paper, and follow safety procedures.

• Uphold Wawa’s commitment to exceptional customer service and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule:

• Part-time; hours may vary.

• $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am – 6am.
