T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate, Bilingual Spanish for their retail sales team in Atlantic City, NJ. This entry-level role is designed for individuals passionate about technology and customer service who thrive in fast-paced environments. Mobile Associates serve as brand ambassadors who engage customers with energy and enthusiasm, helping them discover personalized device and service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the retail sales team by providing exceptional customer service and fostering loyalty.

• Assist customers at various stages of their shopping journey—online, customer care, or in-store.

• Explore individual customer needs, provide hands-on demonstrations of devices and accessories.

• Conduct side-by-side selling to recommend tailored wireless plans and services, including IoT devices and accessories.

• Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and T-Mobile plan benefits.

• Complete new employee training to build proficiency and prepare for advancement to Mobile Expert.

• Collaborate with team members across business and customer service channels to ensure seamless customer experience.

• Identify and handoff small business leads.

• Support team initiatives and maintain an inclusive workplace.

Education and Work Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)

• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting with people authentically.

• Competitive drive with proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Willingness to collaborate, learn, and share ideas with peers and leadership.

• Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.

Licenses and Certifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base hourly pay of $19.00 plus $5.00 per hour during training (first 90 days).

• Upon training completion, promotion to Mobile Expert role with annualized incentive target up to $18,000 (performance-based).

• Guaranteed $20/hour including base pay and incentives.
