Graphic Designer

Description:

Our venture capital industry client is looking for a highly organized, passionate Graphic Designer who understands the video gaming industry, culture, and design/marketing trends.

Role is fully remote and will kick off at ~20 hours/week with potential to ramp up closer to ~30+/week in 2024.

This Graphic Designer will be:
 

• Designing marketing campaigns assets for gaming clients alongside the organization's gaming team and creative head
• Spending ~70 - 80% of their time executing pixel perfect design work ensuring assets meet brand guidelines and are available in various sizes for a variety of platforms
• Using the remainder of their time with the team concepting for social, events (signage, swag etc), email, presentations, web, etc.
   

Skills/Experience:
 

• Ideally 5+ years designing, concepting, and executing marketing assets for social, email, events, web etc. in the gaming (console, mobile, arcade etc.) industry
• Expertise with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Google Slides, Keynote, and PowerPoint
• Portfolio must include video gaming industry specific marketing designs (social, email, events, web etc.)
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics software is a major plus along with illustration and/or photography skills
