Description:
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. This role is an individual contributor position responsible for executing user acquisition campaigns across mobile and web channels. You’ll manage performance campaigns, analyze results, and help implement strategies to drive efficient growth across one or more onX business lines.
This role is ideal for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about performance marketing. You’ll focus on channel execution, testing, and optimization—contributing meaningfully to the success of our UA programs.
As an onX Growth Marketing Manager, your essential job duties and responsibilities will look like:
- Execute and Optimize UA Campaigns
- Manage paid acquisition campaigns across mobile and web platforms, such as Meta, TikTok, Google App Campaigns, etc.
- Focus on day-to-day execution, performance monitoring, and campaign optimization for a primary business vertical.
- Support Budget Management
- Work with the team manager to manage channel budgets and pacing.
- Analyze campaign efficiency and make tactical recommendations to improve efficiencies and returns.
- Data-Driven Execution
- Build and maintain reports using tools such as Excel, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
- Translate campaign performance data into actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Creative, Product Marketing, and Vertical teams to deliver assets and align on campaign priorities.
- Collaborate with peers across the Growth team to share learnings and ensure campaign execution is aligned with business goals.
- Channel Testing & Creative Iteration
- Work with creative teams to test and learn from different ad formats, messaging, and audience strategies.
- Run A/B tests to inform creative direction and targeting improvements.
What You’ll Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience running mobile and web campaigns across major channels (e.g., Meta, Google, ASA)
- Working knowledge of UA analytics and attribution (e.g., MMPs, SKAN)
- Strong analytical skills and a willingness to dive into data to inform decision making
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Solid communication and time management skills
- Ability to travel quarterly for multiple days to a corporate office or other onX strategic location, such as a Basecamp.
