AIG is seeking a Head of Pricing - North America Accident & Health to lead the A&H pricing team. This role is responsible for actuarial strategy, pricing, portfolio management, risk selection, and overall team success, including staff development and project prioritization. The position partners with business units to execute strategic actions based on actuarial insights and profitability analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing the A&H pricing team, enforcing accountability, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture.

• Supporting new product development, rate development, regulatory filings, and evaluation of deal structures.

• Developing actuarial memorandums, rating manuals, and other documentation for regulatory compliance.

• Collaborating with underwriting to develop pricing strategies, identify profitable opportunities, and monitor portfolio performance.

• Analyzing trends, KPIs, and profitability for accounts, portfolios, and business segments.

• Providing financial and actuarial inputs for budgeting, reinsurance placement, and statutory reporting.

• Leading initiatives to transform actuarial data, tools, and capabilities for improved analytics and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) or Society of Actuaries (FSA).

• 10+ years actuarial experience, preferably in A&H pricing.

• Proven leadership experience managing teams and projects.

• Strong communication and strategic thinking skills; ability to influence stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with actuarial modeling, pricing, and reporting.

• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
