Informatics Nurse

Swift Strategic Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Informaticist (Informatics Nurse) to join their team on a 13-week contract based in Meeker, CO. This role is essential for enhancing healthcare delivery through the implementation and optimization of clinical technologies and systems.

The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of hands-on experience in clinical informatics, with solid command of Meditech and Athena systems. The role is designed for a healthcare professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is skilled in utilizing informatics to improve clinical workflows, patient safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and optimize clinical systems and technologies used in patient care

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to understand clinical workflows and develop efficient informatics solutions

• Analyze clinical data and systems to recommend enhancements

• Ensure improved outcomes, patient safety, and quality of care through strategic informatics initiatives

• Support EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems — particularly Meditech and Athena

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant clinical informatics experience

• Proficiency with Meditech and Athena systems (mandatory)

• Strong analytical and collaborative skills

• Must meet experience and system requirements – no exceptions

• State License not required

Contract Details:

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Pay Rate: $61/hour

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

• Shift: Days – either 4x10-hour shifts or 5x8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday; some weekends may apply)

• EMR Used: Meditech

• Location Rule: Candidate’s permanent address must be at least 65 miles from the facility — local candidates will not be considered
