This is an exciting opportunity to join a Manhattan-based boutique firm that specializes in complex insurance coverage disputes for policyholders. With a 30-year legacy, the firm is recognized for its nationwide reach and is experiencing rapid growth. You will take on high-stakes litigation cases, including a $35M fire claim in Napa and $10M general liability dispute, representing clients in state and federal courts. This position offers a collaborative and growth-driven environment where you'll work alongside experienced litigators.
Litigate Insurance Coverage Disputes: Represent policyholders in complex actions involving D&O, E&O, and property claims, in both state and federal courts.
Draft Coverage Opinions: Analyze insurance policies and prepare opinions to ensure clients maximize their insurance recoveries.
Manage High-Stakes Claims: Oversee cases from inception to resolution, managing complex claims like general liability disputes.
Conduct Depositions: Lead depositions of key witnesses to gather critical evidence to support litigation strategies.
Advise on Federal Questions: Counsel clients on the implications of federal law in insurance disputes, leveraging the firm’s nationwide litigation experience.
Competitive Pay: $150K–$200K base salary, with performance-based bonuses.
