Its defense practice spans a wide range of matters, including construction negligence, premises and product liability, transportation liability, and general tort defense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and litigate a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution.

• Conduct case analysis, develop defense strategies, and provide legal opinions to clients.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents.

• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.

• Collaborate with partners, associates, and legal staff to ensure efficient case handling.

• Provide timely communication and strategic guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the Indiana State Bar with good standing.

• At least 3 years of proven experience in insurance defense litigation.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to handle litigation independently with minimal supervision.

• Preferred experience in complex defense areas such as construction negligence, product liability, and transportation claims.
