• Expand relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive business growth
• Cost-reduction strategies for employers using the firm's resources and technology
• With a dedicated account management team to ensure exceptional client service and retention
• Your specialized knowledge to explore new markets and sectors, contributing to the firm's ambitious growth plans

What You'll Bring:

• Success in managing a substantial book of business within group health insurance in benefits technology platforms such as Ease and Employee Navigator
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
