Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source new business leads within the international freight forwarding and logistics sector.

• Deliver winning quotes and close new business to meet or exceed annual sales targets.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and ensure a seamless onboarding process.

• Work closely with operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client SOPs and expectations.

• Collaborate with operational and product teams to ensure full alignment and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM and sales management tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary ranging from $65,000 to $135,000 annually.

• Commission up to 35% on gross profit, with monthly payouts and no consignment targets or unnecessary KPIs.
