Investment Banking Analyst

Description:

• Perform valuation analysis and financial modeling for all transactions
• Participate in the creation of proposals and presentations to clients and prospects;
• Regular interaction with members of corporate management teams and financial sponsors
• Execute all the given tasks involved in all phases of M&A and private placement engagements
• Serve as an important role in providing financial, business and market analysis with a special emphasis on reformatting financial statements and benchmarking key performance metrics
• Conduct and present industry and business research;
• Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
