Investment Banking Analyst

Description:

Hill View Partners is seeking a full-time remote Investment Banking Analyst to support transactions from engagement through closing. This includes writing, research, financial analysis, and broader deal management. The analyst will collaborate closely with the Hill View team to ensure successful deal execution, contributing to mergers, acquisitions, business sales, exits, and capital advisory services for middle-market and lower middle-market companies.

The role requires strong writing and research skills, the ability to independently manage priorities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, and previous experience in Middle Market Investment Banking or Private Equity is highly preferred.
