Titus Talent is seeking a proactive and service-oriented IT Help Desk Support Specialist II to provide onsite and remote technical support for users in our Seattle or Sacramento office, as well as firmwide. The Role
The IT Help Desk Support Specialist II will serve as a trusted resource for approximately 40–50 local users and more than 200 employees across nine U.S. offices. The role combines hands-on desktop support with firmwide collaboration and proactive problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 2 support for Windows, O365, and Autodesk products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve help desk tickets through Zendesk.
• Support computer imaging, hardware setup, and account management.
• Collaborate on system upgrades, network support, and office moves.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with clear, proactive communication.
What You Will Bring
• 2+ years of desktop support and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliability, accountability, and urgency in resolving issues.
• Hands-on experience supporting VMware vSphere environments, including vCenter, ESXi, VM provisioning, host maintenance, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
Ability to work independently and within a distributed team.
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Certifications (Microsoft 365, CompTIA A+, VMware, Fortinet).
• Experience in AEC or professional services environments.
• Familiarity with Autodesk, Bluebeam, and related design tools.
