As an Entry Level Accountant, you will work under the supervision of senior accountants and finance managers to support a wide range of accounting and bookkeeping tasks that are crucial for the smooth financial operation of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily bookkeeping, invoice processing, and financial entries.

• Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure records are accurate and up to date.

• Help prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements.

• Maintain and organize financial documentation and ensure compliance with local accounting standards.

• Support internal and external audits by gathering required documentation.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and provide financial data as needed.

• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of financial data at all times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.

• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior accounting staff.

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
