Junior Sales Representative

ISS STOXX, a leading global provider of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) research and technology solutions, is seeking a proactive and ambitious New Business Sales – Climate & Sustainability professional to join its dynamic institutional sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sustainability and climate solutions to leverage their sales skills to drive meaningful change.

The selected candidate will focus on expanding the company’s client base, reengaging dormant prospects, and maximizing existing client relationships by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Working closely with Account Executives, this position plays a critical role in revenue generation and client engagement within a high-performance sales organization serving over 6,400 clients globally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new clients to promote ISS Sustainability and Climate solutions.

  • Reengage early-stage and dormant prospects to create qualified leads for the Account Executive team.

  • Analyze renewal books to identify upsell opportunities for underutilized services and complementary products.

  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions, meetings, and sales activity within Salesforce.

  • Assist in preliminary forecasting, sales proposal drafting, and post-sales meeting follow-up.

  • Support Account Executives in driving opportunities from prospecting to closing.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or client-facing roles with demonstrated success in achieving quotas or KPIs.

  • Familiarity with asset management, sustainability, or climate-related services preferred.

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
