Lead Java Developer

As the Lead Developer, you collaborate, coordinate, and oversee technical standards including but not limited to coding tools and their platforms. As a leader, you will oversee the coaching and training of your team while taking a proactive training approach. Must have high-level coding experience for this position. You will be in the trenches!

What You Need for this Position

Must Have Skills + Must Be On-Site 1-3x Weekly:

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or another related field
• 8+ years in software design - Java
• IoT / Robotics / Automation / Control Systems
• ERP / Warehouse Management
