CCMC is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Lifestyle Director to join its community management team in Englewood, Colorado. As the Lifestyle Director, you will be at the heart of a vibrant residential community, curating programs and events that bring people together and enrich their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, plan, promote, and execute a comprehensive annual calendar of community events and programs.
Collaborate with the Communications Associate to create engaging digital and print content, including newsletters, website updates, promotional materials, and social media campaigns.
Develop and manage annual budgets for community activities, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution.
Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance community offerings.
Oversee amenity center operations, rentals, and facility usage.
Establish and implement policies, procedures, and administrative systems to ensure smooth operations.
Support and coordinate community clubs, committees, and volunteer-led activities.
Develop strong, collaborative relationships with the Board of Directors and residents.
Confidently engage in public speaking and community interactions to promote participation and inclusion.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in recreation, communications, journalism, or community development from an accredited university.
3–4 years of experience in event planning, recreation programming, or public relations, plus 2 years of communications experience.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to engage residents and partners effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with residents, boards, and volunteers.
Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays for events.
Must pass pre-employment drug screening, driving record, and background checks.
Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and current auto insurance.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk long distances outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
Proficient in using computers, mobile devices, and event management software.
Must be able to operate a vehicle when required.
