BlueHalo is in search of a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience in the Intel Community. The successful candidate will help drive new business within BlueHalo in the Intel market.

Responsibilities:

• Position will be responsible for customer & industry engagement, pipeline development & qualification and ensuring Business Development processes are followed, growth plans created and executed, and resources assigned to win strategic opportunities identified by the Business Development team.
• Work with Business Development Director and Program VP to develop and implement successful teaming strategies for Prime and Sub Opportunities.
• As part of the Growth Team, contribute to Sector Strategy for IC growth to include making recommendations on strategic captures, recommendations for IRAD investment, and strategic Customer engagements.
• Work closely with Capture, Program, Proposal, and all functional teams through the full life-cycle of opportunity development.

Qualifications:

• Successful Candidate has experience in either BD, Capture, or Government within the Federal/Civil Community.
• Minimum 10 years direct experience in Federal/Civil Community captures and strong proposal development background a plus.
• Candidates should have completed a BS/BA degree at a 4 year college/university. Technical degree is preferred but not required.
• Candidate possess a secret clearance is required.
