Member Duties : The Up2Us Sports VISTA placed at Rainbow Labs in LA will be part of the 2024-2025 Up2Us Sports VISTA nationwide cohort of 41 members. The VISTA will: collaborate with the Program Team and Founders to oversee external relationships; collaborate with the Rainbow Labs Team to implement and develop best practices and systems for the implementing of marketing plan; support telling of the story of Rainbow Labs, members, and mentors via social media; support the Development team in continued/Expanding funding; collaborate with our Executive Director to expand general revenue by 20%, which will in turn support and increase our capacity to offer programs and expand our reach.
