Intelligence Ventures is a VC fund focused on AI-powered healthcare. We’ve had real traction:

– 400 startups applied for funding

– 400 investors met with us

– Capital is coming in, despite a brutal market

A big part of that is our voice. We’ve leaned into a smart, irreverent tone that cuts through the noise. Our GP has built a 14k+ LinkedIn following without running ads or trying to be everyone's friend.

Now we want to take things further.

We’re looking for someone who gets it — someone who can own and scale our brand across platforms (LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, open to anything). Someone who can build an audience, move fast, and keep things sharp, clear, and actually interesting.

This is not a W2 job. It’s part-time, compensated in carry only. You’ll be a part of the team and share in upside if the fund performs.

Requirements:

• You’ve built an audience before. Show us.
• You’ve gone viral (on purpose). Show us.
• You understand the tone — not corporate, not cringe.
• You don’t need hand-holding.
• You want to be part of something early, not just clock hours.
