Apprenticeship Overview

Grithaus Agency, an integrated public relations and content agency, is seeking an apprentice to work on a number of client deliverables, including:

• media relations
• corporate/creative writing
• social media content planning and execution
• media and campaign research

Apprentices will learn how to work on client accounts that come from a variety of industries including B2B and B2C technology, filmmaking and production, broadcast and media, audio, and consumer electronics.

The Apprentice will work with the agency team to help execute client campaigns through detailed research, media list building and maintenance, tracking and logging client coverage, developing reports, and more.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philadelphia area for in-office work.
• Candidates should be extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Must possess great writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Ideal candidates are proactive, motivated, well-organized, and eager to learn about the fast-paced nature of agency life.
• He/she/they must be comfortable working with tight deadlines, multitasking, and keeping cool under pressure.
• Candidates should be an ace with grammar and have AP style rules committed to memory.
• Must be able to work four days a week (Monday through Thursday); typical hours are 10am to 5pm
