The Consumer Goods Forum is a leading global leadership organization dedicated to advancing the consumer goods industry through collaboration among retail, manufacturing, and service members. The Forum addresses critical industry challenges such as food safety, healthy lives, product data integrity, and plastic waste reduction. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the mapping of Forum members and contact ecosystems across the U.S. and Canada.

• Audit, clean, and update existing membership records for member companies.

• Review current programs and propose strategic revisions or suggest new initiatives.

• Analyze membership and program data workflows to identify improvements in data management, organization, and efficiency.

• Create detailed reports on membership and program activities to support strategic decision-making.

Essential Skills:

• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.

• Strong skills in CRM systems, research, and data management.

• Basic knowledge of project management principles.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Cultural awareness, adaptability, and quick, forward-thinking approach.

• Strong organizational, teamwork, and time management abilities.

• Genuine interest in consumer goods, food, and retail sectors.

Preferred Skills:

• Additional language skills such as French, Spanish, or others.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Salesforce platforms.

Additional Information:

• Reports to: Regional Director, North America

• Start Date: June 1, 2025 (some flexibility available)

• Duration: 12 weeks (unpaid holiday breaks permitted)

• Location: Remote with required in-person meetings in Princeton, NJ area
