Mental Health Therapist

Are you a compassionate and experienced mental health therapist looking to make a meaningful impact? Egan Counseling & Consulting is currently seeking LCSWs, LMFTs, or LCMHCs to join our private practice Charlotte, NC. Both fully and associate licensed professionals will be considered, although experience is necessary.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position would include the following characteristics:

current licensure in North Carolina as an LCMHC (A), LMFT (A), LCSW (A), or an LPA:

-interestin working with children, teens, their parents, or couples who are divorcing

-training and experience that allows the clinician to provide direct, practical, and compassionate support to address client stressors

-excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

-excellent executive functioning skills, particularly time management

-ability to work both autonomously and in a collaborative manner with colleagues and other service providers

-ambition to grow a full case load that consists of your "best-fit" clients

-continuous desire to grow both as a clinician and a business-person
