Speech-language Pathologist

Description:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Dietetics, and Recreational Therapy to develop individualized treatment plans that promote functional independence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing personalized, functional treatment goals
  • Providing community-based speech therapy services
  • Educating caregivers, family members, and natural supports
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
  • Empowering clients to maximize independence in daily life

Why This Role is Different:

This is not a traditional outpatient or home health position.

Our therapists work with clients in real-world environments: homes, community settings, and everyday activities, helping them build practical communication and cognitive skills that translate directly into greater independence.

With only 20 billable hours expected each week, you'll have the time needed for collaboration, treatment planning, caregiver education, and documentation, without the high productivity demands common in many therapy settings.
