Notary Cam Trainer

Description:

Stewart Title is seeking a NotaryCam Trainer to join their remote team, supporting the NotaryCam online notary platform. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining the quality, compliance, and professionalism of online notarization services. The selected candidate will develop and deliver training programs for field employees, partner with leadership to identify skill gaps, and ensure adherence to both legal standards and company policies.

This role is ideal for professionals with notary or legal experience and a passion for driving operational excellence through training and quality assurance. The position demands strong attention to detail, the ability to assess customer interactions and completed transactions, and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for NotaryCam field employees

• Collaborate with business leaders to standardize training initiatives and track performance metrics

• Evaluate and review completed online notarization transactions for quality, accuracy, and compliance

• Identify trends, areas for improvement, and ensure best practices across operations

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of federal and state notary laws and RON (Remote Online Notarization) regulations

• Utilize professional training techniques to develop tailored programs addressing business issues

• Communicate moderately complex information within the team and related teams

• Operate as an individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities

• Follow guidelines and company standards, ensuring integration within broader team initiatives

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma (required)

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Licensure/Certification:

• Certified Notary Public

• Experience in Remote Online Notarization (RON) required

• Strong understanding of legal or notarial compliance standards

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail

• Ability to work independently under general supervision

• Experience in a training or employee development role is a strong plus
