The Accounting Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial integrity and accuracy of real estate projects. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of real estate accounting, including tracking project costs, revenue recognition, and capitalization of development expenses.
• Collaborate with project teams to create accurate budgets and forecasts for ongoing and upcoming developments.
• Prepare financial reports related to each development project, highlighting key financial metrics and variances to budget.
• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, interpreting financial data and providing meaningful insights.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and tax laws.
• Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process and implement any necessary audit recommendations.
• Identify training needs and provide ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
