Oem Logistics Manager

Description:

SC Novi is looking for an experienced OEM Logistics Manager for a large global vehicle client. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automotive logistics and experience managing the customs and import process for finished vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound ocean logistics, US warehousing, and truck/rail logistics

• Oversee warehouse and distribution center management

• Control inventory and ensure efficient logistics management

• Lead and manage the customs and import process for automotive finished vehicles

• Lead logistics teams in multiple locations across the US and Mexico

Background Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Automotive Finished Vehicle Import

• Experience managing ocean containers, Customs processes, rail, and truck logistics

• Knowledge in warehouse and distribution center management, inventory control, and working with 3PLs

• Ability to negotiate contracts with third-party logistics providers (3PLs)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $145,000

• Bonus: Performance-based bonus
