Operational Systems Controller

Description:

Operations Reporting

• Manage reporting needs and maintain consistency of information with all manufacturing facilities
•  Ensure completion of financial tasks and opportunities based upon continuous improvement needs

ERP System

• Assist Corporate Controller with implementation of annual operating budgets into the ERP System
• Ensure accuracy of management reports generated from ERP System
• Maintain IFS systems regarding information setup and maintenance of information for finance responsibilities

Team Support

• Provide leadership, support, and development for Cost Accountants on process / system issues
• Supervise, support and develop the Accounting Coordinator
• Provide finance representation during union contract negotiations

Project Support

• Provide support for operation department initiatives that deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness
• Drive process improvement opportunities and cost savings initiatives
• Support and participate in other company and department projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required – Accounting
• 3-5 years’ experience working with a CPG company in financial analysis accounting
• Supervisor experience required
