Brilliant Earth is looking for a Polisher/Jeweler to join their Jewelry Team in Secaucus, NJ. The team is focused on delivering excellence from order placement to customer delivery. As a Polisher/Jeweler, you will be involved in the physical construction, polishing, and quality assurance of fine jewelry products, ensuring they meet the company's high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Jeweler: Execute physical construction of fine jewelry products, including soldering, filing, and assembling rings.

• Setter: Execute physical construction of fine jewelry products, including setting side and center stones.

• Polisher: Execute full polishing process for complex precious-metal jewelry pieces with diamonds and gemstones.

• Execute quality assurance practices to ensure products meet Brilliant Earth’s high-quality standards.

• Meet daily processing timelines and quotas.

• Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, providing updates on status, issues, and concerns.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

• Adhere to product security and safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience and training as a bench jeweler.

• Deep knowledge of jewelry materials, including gemstones, diamonds, and precious metals.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Exceptional time management skills and accountability.

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively, both in-person and virtually.

• Interest in socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products.

• B1 level English proficiency (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
