We are looking for an experienced Principal GenAI Engineer to lead enterprise-scale AI implementations for Fortune 500 clients.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic AI architectures, and scalable cloud-based AI solutions.

Key Skills & Requirements:
- 14 years of experience in ML/AI engineering.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in **Python, LangGraph, LangChain, and SQL**.
- Experience deploying GenAI solutions on **AWS / Azure / GCP**.
- Expertise in designing scalable, explainable, production-grade RAG architectures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM-powered applications.
- Build and optimize enterprise-grade RAG and agent-based solutions.
- Own code quality, architecture, performance optimization, and reusable components.
- Integrate GenAI applications with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor engineering teams and drive GenAI best practices.
