Producing Sales Manager

Description:

Centier Bank is seeking a Producing Sales Manager to oversee and manage residential mortgage origination operations in the Fort Wayne region. This role involves soliciting mortgage loans, building strong referral networks, managing day-to-day operations of Residential Mortgage Originators, and ensuring exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities include conducting sales calls on realtors and builders, interviewing loan applicants, analyzing financial documents such as tax returns and W-2s, submitting and processing loan applications, managing loan originator performance, and ensuring compliance with bank and government regulations. The role also involves conducting sales training, participating in community events, handling client complaints, and achieving monthly production goals.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, at least 3 years of commissioned lending experience, strong knowledge of mortgage lending processes, and the ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
