Redfin Agents enjoy a competitive commission structure that increases with repeat client activity and higher sales volumes. The more you sell, the more you earn, with commission splits improving as you gain repeat Redfin customers or exceed sales thresholds within the year. The role includes a high level of autonomy while providing the agent with extensive internal resources including support teams, CRM tools, and marketing investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of home buyers and sellers, many of whom are generated by Redfin’s online platform.

  • Advise clients through the entire home buying and selling process with professionalism, market knowledge, and exceptional service.

  • Utilize Redfin's proprietary CRM and sales technology to track leads, manage deals, and communicate with clients.

  • Collaborate with Redfin’s inside sales team, showing agents, transaction coordinators, and listing coordinators for seamless customer experience.

  • Represent Redfin’s brand at open houses, listing appointments, and closing processes.

  • Provide personalized service to build trust, earn referrals, and create loyal repeat clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted real estate license in the state of New York.

  • At least 1 year of residential real estate sales experience or related industry experience.

  • Proven track record of closing deals and converting web leads into clients.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  • Comfortable using technology and CRM systems to grow and manage client relationships.

  • Self-driven, client-focused, and eager to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
