Real Estate Legal Counsel

Description:

Our client is looking for a skilled transactional real estate attorney to join their expanding legal team. The role involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and outside counsel on various real estate transactions and development projects within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of real estate and infrastructure-related agreements, including purchase and sale agreements and joint venture agreements.

• Support due diligence processes for acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.

• Work collaboratively with finance, development, and asset management teams to support legal and transactional needs.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3 to 7 years of relevant transactional real estate legal experience.

• Strong ability to draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements.

• Experience working cross-functionally in collaborative teams.
