Real Estate Transaction Manager

Description:

Site Selection Group is seeking a motivated Real Estate Transaction Manager to handle approximately 30–40 real estate transactions annually for a major Fortune 500 client. This role involves managing renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions across North America, collaborating closely with analysts and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage commercial real estate transactions including lease renewals, property acquisitions, and dispositions.

• Negotiate lease agreements and purchase contracts to ensure favorable terms.

• Coordinate market research efforts and organize property tours for clients.

• Work collaboratively with internal analysts and external clients throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.

• Strong skills in lease negotiation and deal execution.

• Proficiency in Costar and other financial analysis tools.
