Description:
lululemon is seeking Educators to join their team at THE STREETS OF INDIAN LAKE location in Hendersonville, TN. As an Educator, you’ll be on the front lines of delivering a world-class guest (customer) experience in a fast-paced, community-oriented retail environment. This role is pivotal in establishing meaningful connections with guests, offering expert-level product education, and enhancing store culture.
You will interact with guests throughout the store, provide personalized recommendations, articulate the technical and lifestyle benefits of lululemon products, and serve as a brand ambassador representing values of inclusion, empowerment, and holistic well-being.
Guest Experience:
Engage guests to create an exceptional and timely shopping experience.
Assess individual guest needs and provide tailored product and purchase solutions.
Educate guests on product benefits, technical features, and lifestyle fit.
Ensure seamless operations of omnichannel initiatives such as buy online/pickup in-store, phone sales, and ship-from-store.
Proactively resolve guest concerns and collaborate with leadership to "make it right."
Team Collaboration:

Store Operations:
Maintain visual standards through product replenishment and presentation.

Eligibility:
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must have own transportation to the assigned store.
Availability:
Flexible scheduling availability required (evenings, weekends, holidays).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to move through the store for extended periods.
Capable of lifting boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
Comfortable working with bright lighting and loud music.
Preferred Education:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Base Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.71/hour
Bonus Eligibility: Target bonus of $2.00/hour
Total Target Compensation: $20.00 – $22.71/hour
