Express is a celebrated multichannel apparel brand dedicated to creating confidence through modern, effortless style for work, casual wear, and special occasions. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be part of a team that drives customer satisfaction and maintains operational excellence on the store floor.

You will contribute to a high-performing team by maintaining store standards, assisting with merchandising, and delivering an elevated shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness and organization across the sales floor, fitting rooms, checkout areas, and stockroom.

• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by following all company policies and procedures.

• Assist in product launches and visual merchandising updates.

• Deliver an outstanding in-store customer experience through attentive service and speedy transactions.

• Proactively resolve customer issues, escalating as necessary and communicating with store management.

• Promote and explain customer programs such as credit and loyalty rewards.

• Support the store team with folding, restocking, and general upkeep.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum 6 months of customer service or retail experience preferred.

• Comfortable using technology like iPads and POS registers.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

• Must meet physical requirements (e.g., standing for long periods, lifting merchandise).
