Bonobos, a leading menswear brand under PHOENIX Retail, LLC, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate (Guide) for its Guideshop at Avalon Mall, Alpharetta, GA. The Guide will act as a customer-focused sales professional responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience and personalized service to clients. This role involves guiding customers through Bonobos’ unique retail model, which combines one-on-one, appointment-based consultations with an extensive assortment of better-fitting men's clothing for every occasion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of men's fashion, fabrics, styles, and fits, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A self-starter with strong organizational abilities, empathy, and a positive mindset will thrive in this collaborative and innovative environment.

Essential Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of sales or related experience.

• Knowledge of men’s fashion, fabrics, styles, and fit.
