FOUNT is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Associate to join their team in Alpharetta, Georgia. Whether part-time or full-time, the role offers the opportunity to work with a luxury leather goods brand while delivering a premium and personalized retail experience. The Sales Associate will play a key role in cultivating lasting relationships with customers by sharing the story behind FOUNT and educating clients on the quality and craftsmanship of its products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to create long-lasting client relationships.

• Communicate the FOUNT story, values, and product details to inspire customer engagement.

• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and aesthetically appealing store environment.

• Assist customers with styling and product selection, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently with a problem-solving mindset.

• Support the Store Manager in daily operational tasks, store events, and special projects.

• Contribute to client engagement activities, promotions, and in-store events.

• Continuously stay updated with FOUNT products and brand knowledge.

Requirements:

• A passion for fashion, styling, and the FOUNT brand.

• Outgoing, friendly, honest, and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.

• Physically capable of lifting at least 25 lbs and standing/walking throughout the shift.

• Able to bend, kneel, climb stairs, and perform various physical store tasks.

• High school diploma required.

• 2 years of prior retail experience preferred.

Work Schedule & Availability:

• Required availability includes weekdays and weekends (Monday–Sunday: 9:30 AM – 9:00 PM).

• Must be flexible to work during holidays (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Fourth of July).

• Open to working 6–32 hours per week depending on shift availability.

• Occasional evening hours for in-store events.
